I got the idea from New Grounds and I just wanted to see how it would look if I did it my way. Also I gave it a little extra something to make this pic look cool so I hope all you Goku fan like it. Evil Goku is at Super Saiyan Level 3 and this was done on Illustrator and Photoshop.
